Our Training Programme

In conjunction with your new sales development role, our comprehensive training programme spans 3 to 4 weeks and is designed to equip you with the skills needed for success. You will learn about sales psychology, cold calling techniques, and objection handling, as well as receive CRM and pipeline training using platforms like HubSpot and Pipedrive.

To ensure you are prepared, we emphasise live call practice and mock roleplays, allowing you to gain practical experience. Even after the initial training, our ongoing coaching and weekly one-on-ones will provide you with continuous support and opportunities for improvement.
